HOW ARE YOU FEELING?
There are lots of experienced Counsellors out there that will know exactly how you’re feeling.
They are skilled and equipped to sit with you and be there in your times of need. You may be feeling confused, scared, ashamed or vulnerable. You might feel none of those things. You might worry that you won’t be understood, or that your problem is too big or too small to share and talk through. You might even be thinking you might be judged or rejected.
WHY CHOOSE ME?
As a Counsellor, I have the skills and desire to work with you in your fog or uncertainty. I will sit through your confusion, pain and anxiety and understand you without words. I will give you the time and be patient within the session for you to talk, think and feel, even if you don’t yet understand yourself at that moment.
When you choose to work with me, I will do my best to be the right Counsellor for you.
HOW DO WE BEGIN?
I offer a free 15-minute telephone call if required for you to ask me any questions you might have. You will be committing to one session only and will only book the next one if it feels right to you.
I am a Counsellor and Supervisor with over 20 years of experience. I work face-to-face, online using video calls on Skype, WhatsApp or other platforms and over the telephone if requested.
I work with young people aged 11 years old up to adults of any age.
I am a person-centred Counsellor and I work using cognitive behavioural therapy, coach therapy and solution-focused therapy. This means I have trained in several therapies and gives me a more varied set of skills to help you to understand yourself and how you are feeling.
